Open Minecraft Bedrock Edition — This is "Minecraft for Windows" from the Microsoft Store (not the Java version).

Go to Play — Click the "Play" button on the main menu.

Find Servers — Look for the "Servers" tab and click "Add Server".

Enter Details:
- Server Name: BoatJailCraft
- Server Address: mc.sam-bloch.com
- Port: 25565

Save and Join! — Click "Save" and then click the server to join.
✅ That's it! You should be in the server in a few seconds. Welcome to Boat Jail!
📱 Mobile (iOS & Android) Setup

Open Minecraft — Launch the app on your phone.

Go to Play — Tap the "Play" button on the home screen.

Find Servers — Look for the "Servers" tab and tap "Add Server".

- Server Name: BoatJailCraft
- Server Address: mc.sam-bloch.com
- Port: 25565

Save and Join! — Tap "Save" and then tap the server to join.
✅ Mobile is the easiest! You're all set to join.
🎮 Xbox Setup (with DNS)
⚠️ Console Note: Xbox uses a special method called DNS configuration to connect to custom servers. Don't worry — this sounds technical but takes 2 minutes and is totally safe!

Go to Xbox Settings — On your Xbox, press the Xbox button and go to Settings.

Network Settings — Navigate to Network → Advanced Settings → DNS Settings.

Select Manual DNS — Choose "Manual" (don't use Automatic).

Enter Primary DNS: 104.238.130.180

Enter Secondary DNS: 8.8.8.8

Save Settings — Close the settings and restart Minecraft.

Open Minecraft — Launch the game and go to "Play".

Go to Servers — Click "Servers" and select any "Creator Experiences" Server (like Mineville Earth).

BedrockConnect Screen Appears — You'll see a "Connect to Server" dialog. This is normal!

Enter Server Details:
- Server Address: mc.sam-bloch.com
- Port: 25565

Connect! — You're in!
💡 Pro Tip: If you ever want to go back to normal, just change your DNS back to "Automatic" in settings.
🎮 PlayStation Setup (with DNS)
⚠️ Console Note: Like Xbox, PlayStation needs DNS configuration. Same deal — 2 minutes, totally safe!

Choose Custom — Select "Custom" setup (not Easy).

Select Your WiFi/LAN — Pick your internet connection.

IP Address & Settings — Set to "Automatic" for everything...

...UNTIL DNS Settings — When you get to DNS, change from Automatic to Manual.
